We're Married! :)

Well folks after all the wedding planning, wedding showers, a bachelorette party, too many sleepless nights and so much help, love and support, I got married to my best friend, on the 21st of April in the Logan Temple for time and all eternity! It was the most beautiful two days...
It all started with a crazy friday morning.... trying to run all our last minute errands... writing thank you notes and packing for Michigan. (For those who don't know yet, we have moved to Michigan for the summer, Brett is selling Vivint and i'm selling Mary Kay!) Anyways... we ran around like crazy children trying to get everything done and eventually we did, Brett did have to finish some of them the next morning but all is well!
The Aztec building looked beautiful! We are so grateful for all our family and friends who helped out so much and put so much time into making our wedding so successful! We are so blessed to have such wonderful family and close friends! The reception started and we were showered with hugs and gifts. My brother Helaman and Dakota sang my favorite song, their chemistry is magical. I love their voices, I was so happy they shared that on my wedding day! We had such a great turn out and it was so great to see everyone one last time before we moved! We have so many loving neighbors, coworkers, family, and friends. We're so happy to have had so many of you there to celebrate our marriage with us! It was the perfect start to our fairy tale! We ended the night with our first dance and smashing cake into each others faces :) It was perfect.
The next morning we got sealed at noon surrounded by our closest family and friends. I can't explain the beautiful spirit we felt there, it was such a special and sacred ceremony. It was perfect... I cried the whole ceremony, the spirit was so strong and there was so much love in the sealing room. For those of you who know me, this is no surprise, so needless to say I came out of the temple looking great, with hardly no make-up on. Haha! But it was so fun to come out of the temple and be greeted by our favorite people in the world! We really do have the best friends and family in the world, who love us and support us so much! It was the perfect day, the tulips were up, the sun was shining, spring was springing. And isn't spring about rejoicing that we survived another long winter? Well... we survived the single life and the trials that come with that ;)
Luncheon time... haha it was great. We had amazing food, amazing company and more crying from me which was expected, Brett surprised me and sang his song for me, and our parents said the nicest things about us. It was the perfect ending to a beautiful beginning! We gave everyone one last hug and were on our way to the Oregon Coast!
It's not the end, it's only the beginning :)
