"I just wanna let you know I'm ready, anytime you ready, i'm ready!"
It was so fun to see him so excited to get to his baptism. The baptism was at 3:30pm and everyone was so excited for James. He was a little bit nervous but he was ready. I conducted the music and Brett gave a talk about the Holy Ghost, it was amazing. Earlier that day Brett told me he'd do his talk missionary style, as in winging it. That freaks me out because as much as I'd like to say I can do that, it freaks me out to get up in front of people and not know what to say. He chose a scripture and was ready, when he gave his talk I was amazed how he could say things and truths and touch people. He told me after it was the spirit talking, and it was. It was a beautiful talk and it moved many people to tears, the Spirit felt in that room will never be forgotten and our friendship with James will always be dear to us. He is so happy and positive and loves the Lord with all his heart. James knows who he is and he knows Heavenly Father loves him. His faith is unshakable. We are so grateful for the tender mercies we receive each and everyday. I'm so grateful for the Sister Missionaries who invited me to visit James with them. The Lord always knows what we need and when we need it. I'm so grateful for his hand in my life, creating a better life for me then I can create for myself. And now, I am proud to say Brett and I helped bring one of his children back to Him, James is now a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints! :)
